All in stock items will generally be dispatched within 2 working days. Unforeseen transportation problems may delay your delivery but we cannot accept any responsibility for compensating your losses due to delayed delivery.

You will be informed by e-mail or telephone of any out of stock items that will not be available for more than 7 days; you may then decide whether to keep these items on back order or receive a full refund for the out of stock items. We cannot accept any responsibility for compensating your losses due to unavailable stock.

Items will be dispatched by either Royal Mail, Parcelforce or FedEx. This will depend on the size and weight of the item(s) and also the delivery address.

We currently deliver our products to the following locations: UK Mainland, Northern Ireland & all UK Islands with the exception of Jersey and Guernsey.

Delivery Charges

Our standard delivery charge is £4.99 per order. We also offer FREE shipping to UK Mainland addresses on all orders over £180.00. A surcharge will be charged for deliveries to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight.

Simply phone 01704 822 609 or email [email protected] to notify us of your intention to cancel your order and return goods. You have up to 28 days from the day the goods are delivered to return the goods. That’s 14 days to notify us of your intention to cancel, and 14 days after cancellation to return the goods. Goods should be returned in a resalable condition and via a reputable carrier at the customers expense. You will then be refunded the full purchase price of the goods including standard delivery charges. If you opted for an express service at checkout this will not be refunded.

If you receive damaged or faulty items on your order you must contact us within 5 working days after the day you received your order so we can efficiently deal with a replacement or refund. Goods that are damaged or faulty that need to be returned will be collected at our expense. In the event of a refund being issued due to faulty goods then this will include any delivery charges incurred. We cannot accept any responsibility for compensating your losses due to damaged stock on arrival.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of the returned goods being received by Green Ventures Gardening Supplies Ltd.

This in no way affects your consumer statutory rights.

When returning an item please make sure to include your order details i.e. Name, Address and Order Number, this will enable us to process any refund faster.
