By placing an order with SolargGrow (Green Ventures Gardening Supplies Ltd) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

You must be 18 or over to place an order and purchase products from us, by any method.

We reserve the right to refuse to sell you any of our products.

All prices shown include VAT where applicable, but delivery charges are separate. All prices shown are subject to change at any time.

Items for sale by SolarGrow (Green Ventures Gardening Supplies Ltd), on this website (www.vitopodpropagator.co.uk) are subject to availability. Unavailable items on your order will not be charged, or if payment has already taken place an appropriate refund will follow immediately. We aim to have all products in stock at all times but we can accept no responsibility for compensating your losses due to unavailable stock.

Product descriptions are a combination of information provided by the manufacturer and our own experience. We try to provide as much product information as possible, but should you find that, on delivery, you have unsuitable items then you may return them within 28 days, for a full refund. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you receive damaged or faulty items on your order you must contact us within 5 working days after the day you received your order so we can efficiently deal with a replacement or refund. Goods that are damaged or faulty that need to be returned will be collected at our expense. In the event of a refund being issued due to faulty goods then this will include any delivery charges incurred. We cannot accept any responsibility for compensating your losses due to damaged stock on arrival.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of the returned goods being received by SolarGrow (Green Ventures Gardening Supplies Ltd).

When returning an item please make sure to include your order details i.e. Name, Address and Order Number, this will enable us to process any refund faster.
